Why do I receive "Server Unavailable" message after Crystal Report configuration? |

You receive this error message because the Crystal Report permission that is assigned to your folder was altered. The permission can be altered if you accidentally reconfigured the folder permission via your control panel. Please kindly contact our Billing Department via our Help Desk System to have this permission reinstated |
