My site is showing 500 Internal Server error message. What is wrong here?

Please be advised that the "500 Internal Server" error message can be caused by many factors. This is a generic error message thrown by the server.

In order to find the actual error message, you need to contact us via our Help Desk System so that our Support Team can try to check the server logs. Please be advised that this "500 Internal Server" error message does NOT mean that we have a server issue. This error message can happen due to several causes:
  1. Incomplete software upgrade on your site
  2. Bad scripting on your site
  3. Alteration to the existing setting on your site
  4. General server issue
It is important to find out the actual error message before you/we can decide whether this is an issue on your site or our server.
