I can access my Control Panel, but I cannot login... |

| If you believe you have entered the correct credentials, but you still unable to access the Control Panel, you need to identify the issue. If you entered the correct credentials and hit the "Login" button. After waiting for a while, the Plesk Panel appears back, asking you to enter the credentials again. This issue may be caused by the fact that your local ISP (Internet Service Provider) may block the Control Panel IP address. In this case, you need to check it with them and please make sure you ask them to allow our Control Panel IP address. |
