Is there anything I should do prior to requesting an account cancellation? |

After your account is cancelled, we will delete all web site files and emails from our system. We recommend that you download your entire web site and download all your email off of our mail servers prior to requesting an account cancellation. We also recommend that you provide your email contacts with an alternative email address to reach you. |
