Is there anything I should do prior to requesting an account cancellation?

After your account is cancelled, we will delete all web site files and emails from our system. We recommend that you download your entire web site and download all your email off of our mail servers prior to requesting an account cancellation.

We also recommend that you provide your email contacts with an alternative email address to reach you.

Once your files have been removed from our system and you need to have them restored, you need to pay a one-time restoration fee. We cannot guarantee that we can fully restored the files that have been removed from our system and therefore, it is important to make sure you download all your files before requesting your account cancellation
