How do I set up SMTP authentication in Outlook XP/2002/2003/2007? |

Follow the steps below to set up Outlook to retrieve and send email from our mail server.
1. Please open your MS Outlook
2. Click on "Tools," select "Email Accounts..." This will bring up the Email Accounts wizard
3. Select "View or change existing e-mail accounts," click "Next"
![]() 4. Select the email account you wish to configure and click "Change," this will bring up the "Internet E-mail Settings" dialogue box
5. Click "More Settings"
![]() 6. Click on the second tab
Check "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication"
Check "Log on using" radio button
User Name: Your full email address (e.g., you@YourHostedDomainName.com)
Password: Your pop3 account password
![]() 7. Click "OK"
8. Click "Next"
9. Click "Finish"
